Welcome to BarqWeb ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services (Managed Web Hosting, VPS, and Domain Solutions). BarqWeb is a service provided by Zaaed LLC, located at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801.

By registering for or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Account Eligibility & Security

• You must be at least 18 years old to register.
• You agree to provide accurate and current information during sign-up.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Zaaed LLC is not liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3. Payments and Billing

• Services: Services are provided on a prepaid basis.
• Auto-Renewal: Unless you cancel before the renewal date, services will automatically renew for the same term.
• Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for shared hosting. VPS and Domain registrations are non-refundable.
• Chargebacks: A chargeback or dispute results in immediate account suspension.

4. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree not to use our services for:

• Illegal activities under US law or the laws of your residence.
• Sending unsolicited bulk email (SPAM).
• Hosting malicious content (malware, phishing, viruses).
• Copyright infringement (DMCA violations).

5. Backups and Data Loss

While we perform routine backups for our managed hosting solutions, you are ultimately responsible for your data. BarqWeb does not guarantee that we can recover data in all instances. We strongly recommend maintaining your own off-site backups.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zaaed LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, resulting from your use of the services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
